A team of U.S. Army Africa Soldiers come together to find innovative ways to train for the #ACFT during the #ArmyFightAgainstCOVID19.

Master Sgt. Denise Lewis, a U.S. Army Africa logistics noncommissioned officer, encourages Soldiers to continue to build on core fitness goals in order to excel at the Army Combat Fitness Test.

“The new ACFT focuses on asymmetrical warfare, training to fight and keep Soldiers alive during combat operations so they can keep the nation safe and return to their loved ones at home.”
